Permatex High-Temperature, High-Strength Threadlocker Red is ideal for heavy-duty applications with fasteners from 3/8″ to 1″ (10mm to 25mm). It’s designed for permanently locking studs and press fits, adding 3,000 PSI of holding power to slip and press fit assemblies. This threadlocker replaces set screws and snap rings, effectively preventing loosening caused by vibration. Due to its high-temperature formulation, it’s suited for applications reaching up to 450F (232C). Removal may require heat or specialized tools.
