Wurth A/C Leak Stop is specifically designed for use in HFO-1234yf A/C systems, including those in electric and hybrid vehicles. This advanced formula effectively seals leaks in metal and rubber components, such as evaporators, condensers, O-rings, gaskets, and hoses. The included UV dye simplifies leak detection, allowing you to pinpoint the source of the problem quickly.

Directions:

  1. Start the engine and turn the A/C to MAX. (The A/C compressor must be running for installation.)
  2. Remove the cap from the low-pressure port of the A/C system.
  3. Before connecting the A/C Leak Stop hose to the low-pressure port, slowly fill the hose with Leak Stop to purge any air.
  4. Connect the hose to the low-pressure port and depress the actuator to charge the Leak Stop into the A/C system for approximately 20 seconds.
  5. Disconnect the hose from the port.
  6. Top up the A/C system with refrigerant.
  7. Replace the port cap.
  8. Run the A/C system for 15-20 minutes to circulate the Leak Stop throughout the system.
